The Evangelical Friends in Burundi Serving Helpless Widows and Orphans
Reading the Scriptures written in James 1:27 regarding the True and Holy Religion that is the one who serve widows and orphans in their sufferings, and the Integral Mission as Jesus Christ entrusted the Church, the Evangelical Friends Church understood it very well and put into practice what the Bible expresses by providing 52 goats to 5 groups of widows ( around 200 members) to alleviate their social, economic and spiritual vulnerability.
This support will also help to keep them united will increasing income for the groups and individuals. The Evangelical Friends Church acknowledges Mr Salomon Ntibaharire one of the church members who worked hard to find donors who funded this project.
This activity was done in Ngozi, Kirundo and Ruyigi provinces.
